Scope of the System. 6.1 Unless otherwise expressly limited in the SCC or Technical Requirements, the Supplier’s obligations cover the provision of all , Materials and other Goods as well as the performance of all Services required for the design, development, and implementation (including procurement, quality assurance, assembly, associated site preparation, Delivery, Pre-commissioning, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning) of the equipment and software, in accordance with the plans, procedures, specifications, drawings, codes, and any other documents specified in the Contract and the Agreed and Finalized Project Plan.
