Scrap and Sensitive Material. All inventory, Confidential Information, and Products (includes any Components thereof) shall be disposed of by SUPPLIER, as authorized by BUYER. SUPPLIER shall keep accurate records of the disposition of the said material. The logs of accessibility shall be kept current and made available to BUYER on reasonable request.
