Common use of Scripps Right to Pursue Patent Clause in Contracts

Scripps Right to Pursue Patent. If at any time during the term of this Agreement, Licensee's rights with respect to Scripps Patent Rights are terminated, Scripps shall have the right to take whatever action Scripps deems appropriate to obtain or maintain the corresponding patent protection at its own expense. If Scripps pursues patents under this Section 3.5, Licensee agrees to cooperate fully, including by providing, at no charge to Scripps, all appropriate technical data and executing all necessary legal documents.

If Scripps pursues patents under this Section 3.5, Licensee EPIcyte agrees to cooperate fully, including by providing, at no charge to Scripps, all appropriate technical data and executing all necessary legal documents.
