Scrutiny of Part II. The Part II shall be evaluated based on - financial bids quoted in lump-sum as well as individual item wise bids (if necessary) - to determine the lowest bid (L1). RBI shall be under no obligation to accept lowest or any offer received in response to this notice and shall be entitled to reject any or all offers without assigning any reason whatsoever.
