SDD Administrative Charge. Seller shall make a payment to Buyer (the “SDD Administrative Charge”) for each Settlement Interval in a month if Metered Energy (i) exceeds the Performance Tolerance Band Upper Limit or (ii) is less than the Performance Tolerance Band Lower Limit, in any Settlement Interval. The SDD Administrative Charge is calculated as follows: If A > (B + C) or A < (B – C), then: SDD Administrative Charge = (Absolute Value (B – A) – C) x Uninstructed Deviation GMC Rate. Otherwise, the SDD Administrative Charge = 0. *** End of Exhibit K *** EXHIBIT L Physical Trade Settlement Amount This Exhibit L is only applicable when Buyer is not Scheduling Coordinator.
