Sea Launch’s Rights. In the event of any Default under this Agreement, and, if applicable, Astrotech’s failure to cure such Default per the provisions of subparagraph 26.1.6, Sea Launch will have the right to terminate this Agreement as to all or any portion of the uncompleted Work.
