Common use of Sea terminal Clause in Contracts

Sea terminal. The Owners warrants that the vessel, when calling at a sea terminal, will maintain her engines in readiness. The vessel will be loaded and discharged in such manner that she, at any stage of loading or discharging operation, is able if necessary, for any reason, to immediately shut down cargo operations and promptly disconnect hoses and mooring lines to proceed to another anchorage at sea.
