Seagate May Perform. Unless and until the Secured Loan is paid in full, upon the occurrence and during the continuance of an Event of Default, and to the extent permitted by the Subordination Agreement, Seagate may, subject to the Subordination Agreement, exercise the power of attorney granted to it in Section 3.3(b)(vi) to (but shall not be obligated and shall have no liability to any person for failure to) itself perform, or

  • Lender May Perform If the Pledgor fails to perform any agreement contained herein after being requested in writing to so perform, the Lender may itself perform, or cause performance of, such agreement, and the reasonable expenses of the Lender incurred in connection therewith shall be payable by the Pledgor pursuant to Section 6.5.

  • Secured Party May Perform If the Company fails to perform any agreement contained herein, the Secured Party, at its option, may itself perform, or cause performance of, such agreement, and the expenses of the Secured Party incurred in connection therewith shall be included in the Obligations secured hereby and payable by the Company under Section 8.3.

  • Security for Performance In the event that Exhibit A Section 4 indicates the need for Consultant to provide additional security for performance of its duties under this Agreement, Consultant shall provide such additional security prior to commencement of its Required Services in the form and on the terms prescribed on Exhibit A, or as otherwise prescribed by the City Attorney.
