Search Reports. Lien Release. The Lender shall have received (x) Uniform Commercial Code, judgment and tax lien search reports with respect to the Borrower, in each jurisdiction in which the Borrower is organized, incorporated or located, dated not more than ten (10) Business Days before the Effective Date and otherwise satisfactory to the Lender showing no Liens, (y) evidence of the release of all Liens granted by Borrower under any other document relating to the Cash Collateral and the Collateral Account.
