Search to Determine Economic Interests. Regardless of whether Contractor is designated as an FPPC Filer, Contractor warrants and represents that Contractor has diligently conducted a search and inventory of Contractor’s economic interests, as the term is used in the regulations promulgated by the Fair Political Practices Commission, and has determined that Contractor does not, to the best of Contractor’s knowledge, have an economic interest which would conflict with Contractor’s duties under this contract.
