The law applicable to this Agreement and to the arbitration shall be the Brazilian law and the arbitrators shall not decide the dispute ex aequo et xxxx or as amiable compositeur. The language of the arbitral proceedings shall be English, provided that evidence may be produced in Portuguese without the need for translation.
