Without limitation of the provisions of Section 3.7 hereof, Borrower agrees to provide to Silicon all filings made with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") regarding Borrower or Parent or any affiliate of Borrower or Parent, and copies of all notices or other communication from the SEC relating thereto, within 5 days of such filing or receipt of such notice or other communication.
