SEC Reports and Registration Statements. Promptly after transmission thereof or other filing with the SEC, copies of all registration statements (other than the exhibits thereto and any registration statement on Form S-8 or its equivalent) and all annual, quarterly or current reports that the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries files with the SEC on Form 10-K, 10-Q or 8-K (or any successor forms); provided, however, that the Borrower may also comply with this subpart by publishing, and if so published shall be deemed to have delivered on such date, such statements and reports on its internet website, XXXXX or in another publicly accessible electronic database and giving the Administrative Agent and each Lender notice thereof.
