SEC Settlement Agreement. Computer Sciences GS shall, and shall cause each member of the Computer Sciences GS Group to, (i) abide by the obligations of CSC under the Commission’s order dated as of June 5, 2015 relating to the internal accounting and auditing practices of CSC (or under any amendment thereto or such other agreement that CSC or Computer Sciences GS may enter into with the Commission regarding such matters) and (ii) cooperate fully, as necessary, with CSC and the qualified independent ethics and compliance consultant engaged by CSC pursuant to such order.
