Second Amendment. The Administrative Agent shall have received this Second Amendment, executed and delivered by the Administrative Agent, Holdings and the Borrower, and each Lender providing a term loan hereto.
Second Amendment. The Administrative Agent shall have received multiple counterparts as requested of this Second Amendment from each Lender.
Second Amendment. This Second Amendment executed by the Borrower and the Bank.
Second Amendment. This Second Amendment duly executed and delivered by each of Borrowers, the Lenders, and the Administrative Agent.
Second Amendment. The Administrative Agent or the Special Counsel (defined below) shall have received from the Borrower and each Lender party hereto (which constitute the Required Lenders) a counterpart of this Second Amendment signed on behalf of such party.
Second Amendment. Borrower shall have executed and delivered to the Agent and each Lender an original counterpart of this Second Amendment.
Second Amendment. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of a copy of this Second Amendment duly executed by each of the Credit Parties and the Required Lenders.
Second Amendment. Paragraphs 1, 2, 3, 5 and 6 of the Second Amendment are hereby deleted in their entirety.
Second Amendment. Each of the Borrowers and the Required Lenders shall have delivered a duly executed counterpart of this Agreement to the Agent.
