Common use of Second Amendment Clause in Contracts

Second Amendment. The Administrative Agent or the Special Counsel (defined below) shall have received from the Borrower and each Lender party hereto (which constitute the Required Lenders) a counterpart of this Second Amendment signed on behalf of such party.
