Common use of Second Amendment Effective Date Clause in Contracts

Second Amendment Effective Date. This Amendment shall become effective on the date on or prior to January 14, 2011 on which the conditions set forth in this Section 3.1 shall have been fulfilled (or waived in the sole discretion of the Series 2 Term Loan Lenders) (the “Second Amendment Effective Date”):
