Second and Final Written Warning. If the Employee fails to meet the improved standards outlined in step1 above within a reasonable period of time, the Company shall have a further discussion with the Employee in which it will advise him/her of the problems it believes exist. The Employee will have the opportunity to respond to the allegations. The Company will then issue the second and final written warning and: • Remind the Employee of the procedures • The standards of improvement required
