Second Lien Settlement Sample Clauses

Second Lien Settlement. The Plan shall (i) incorporate a settlement pursuant to Rule 9019 of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure of all disputes, claims, and causes of action related to the LINN Second Lien Notes on terms substantially similar to the “Alternative Settlement” set forth in the Second Lien Settlement Agreement (the “Alternative Settlement”), and (ii) provide for the treatment of the claims of the holders of the LINN Second Lien Notes on the terms set forth in the Restructuring Term Sheet. Upon the Effective Date, the Second Lien Settlement Agreement shall terminate and shall be of no further force and effect.
