Second Stage Completion Sample Clauses

Second Stage Completion. Yixin shall, and shall cause each other Transferring Party, to complete the transactions set forth on Part II of Annex H, including completion of registration change with the competent Governmental Authority for the Transferred IP, as soon as practicable after and in any event within 12 months after the date hereof (the “Second Stage Completion”). The Company shall, and shall cause the applicable Group Companies to, provide all reasonable cooperation (including executing all transfer instruments) to obtain the Authorizations necessary for the completion of the transactions set forth on Part II of Annex H.
