Secondary Agreements. If Bidder engages any third party or parties to assist Bidder in any of the activities permitted under this Agreement, Bidder shall cause such third party or third parties to enter into this Agreement, or a similar agreement prepared by the City. Any such agreement shall not terminate, reduce or affect Bidder’s obligations, including its indemnification and insurance obligations, to the City under this Agreement.
