  • ANTI-BOYCOTT OF ISRAEL Contractor certifies that Contractor is not currently engaged in, and agrees for the duration of this Agreement not to engage in, the boycott of Israel as defined by Section 808.001 of the Texas Government Code.

  • Boycott of Israel The Contractor certifies that it is not currently, nor will it engage in during the duration of this contract, a boycott of Israel as defined in the Official Code of Georgia (O.C.G.A. 50-5-85).

  • No Boycott of Israel The Parties agree that they are not currently engaged in, and agree that for the duration of the Agreement they will not engage in, a boycott of Israel, as that term is defined in A.R.S. §35-393.
