SECRETARIES AND ASSISTANTS. For those secretaries and/or assistants who complete the professional standards program (PSP), a one-time bonus of $300 shall be remitted to the employee. Payment shall be rendered beginning July 1, 1989, for those who have completed the program previously and those who complete it during the fiscal year.
