Secretary’s Right to Purchase Advances or the Note. Notwithstanding the provisions of the Note, the Borrower acknowledges that, under the terms of the Program Financing Agreement, the Secretary may purchase from FFB all or any portion of any Advance that has been made under the Note, or may purchase from FFB the Note in its entirety, in the same manner, at the same price, and subject to the same limitations as shall be applicable, under the terms of the Note, to a prepayment by the Borrower of all or any portion of any Advance made under the Note, or a prepayment by the Borrower of the Note in its entirety, as the case may be.
