Section 1 -- Background Information. The purpose of this contract is to provide online legal research services and solutions including but not limited to databases, libraries, federal and state case law, public records, etc.
Section 1 -- Background Information. 1.1. This contract is for the preventive maintenance and repair of boilers located at the Tennessee Department of Correction (“TDOC”) Tennessee Correction Academy (“TCA”) in Tullahoma, TN. Services shall be conducted in accordance with the boiler manufacturers’ instructions and TDOC policy. Expenditure under the current contract is $126,206 from May 1, 2015 through April 30, 2019.
Section 1 -- Background Information. 1.1. The purpose of this Statewide Contract (“SWC”) is to provide equipment rental services for State of Tennessee (“State”). Equipment rental services includes broad categories of equipment and specific equipment within each category. There are eighteen (18) categories of equipment included for rental. State Agencies and governmental entities, Other Governmental Bodies in Tennessee, the board of trustees of the University of Tennessee system, the Tennessee board of regents systems or the state university boards, and the nonprofit entities identified in Tenn. Code ▇▇▇. § 33-2- 1001 (“Authorized Users”) may utilize the awarded Contract. Contractor agrees to extend this Contract to Authorized Users.
Section 1 -- Background Information. 1.1. The purpose of this Contract is to provide building material products and services for the State of Tennessee. The Contract includes five (5) individual categories: 1) carpet with installation services, 2) resilient tile with installation services, 3) ceiling tile and grid, 4) paint, and 5) doors and door hardware with installation services. Carpet and resilient tile will include resilient base and resilient base installation services. This Contract will be available for all Tennessee State Agencies and other Authorized Users across the State. This Contract is not limited to buildings that are leased or owned by the State at the time of Contract award. The State of Tennessee reserves the right to add or remove buildings at any time.
