Section 1, Bargaining Agent. The Company recognizes the Union as the exclusive bargaining agent for all its employees (exclusive of salesmen, clerical, engineering, chief inspector, and supervisory employees) for the purpose of collective bargaining with respect to rates of pay, wages, hours and other conditions of employment.
