SECTION 10 - TERM. Section 10.1 of the Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and is amended and restated to read as follows:
10.1 The Village agrees to perform the services beginning February 1, 2016 and ending no later than December 31, 2019.”
SECTION 10 - TERM. Effective as of January 1, 2025, Section 10.1 Term shall be amended by deleting the sentence that starts “Neither Party will be allowed to terminate for convenience…” in its entirety.
SECTION 10 - TERM. The first sentence of Section 10—Term of the Agreement is amended and replaced in its entirety with the following two sentences: "This Agreement shall be effective for an initial term of July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2012 (the "Initial Term"). After the first and second twelve month periods of the Initial Term, the parties will analyze the fiscal results of the prior twelve months and review the Logistics Fee pricing."
