Section 104. Incorporation by Reference of TIA. This Supplemental Indenture is subject to the mandatory provisions of the TIA that are required under the TIA to be part of govern this Supplemental Indenture, which are incorporated by reference in and made a part of this Supplemental Indenture. Whenever this Supplemental Indenture refers to any such provision of the TIA, such provision is incorporated by reference in and made a part of this Supplemental Indenture. Any terms so incorporated by reference in this Supplemental Indenture that are defined by the TIA, defined by any TIA reference to another statute or defined by Commission rule under the TIA, have the meanings so assigned to them therein.
