The Contractor shall, without limiting his obligations or liabilities herein, and at his own expense, provide and maintain the following insurances in forms and amounts acceptable to the Minister. Comprehensive General Liability - in an amount not less than $3,000,000.00 inclusive per occurrence against bodily injury and property damage.
