SECTION 1207 Continuing Guarantee Sample Clauses

SECTION 1207 Continuing Guarantee. The Guarantee is a continuing guarantee and, except as otherwise provided herein, shall (a) remain in full force and effect until the satisfaction of the Guaranteed Obligations, (b) be binding upon each Guarantor and (c) inure to the benefit of and be enforceable by the Trustee, the Holders and their successors, transferees and assigns.
