Section 12.1.1. Insurance Pooling. 33 Effective September 1 annually, the amount of state insurance benefits received by the District for 34 the employees of the bargaining unit shall be pooled for the benefit of bargaining unit employees 35 in a manner mutually agreeable to the District and the Association.
