Section 1250 of the. Revised School Code requires that a school district implement and maintain a method of compensation for its employees that includes job performance and job accomplishments as a factor in determining compensation. It is agreed that this Merit Pay compensation will be determined individually. 1. LEA members who receive an evaluation of highly effective on their 2018/2019 performance evaluation will receive a one-time pay for performance pay (stipend) of $100.00 to be paid out by the second pay in August 2019. 2. LEA members who receive an evaluation of effective on their 2018-2019 performance evaluation will receive a one-time pay for performance pay (stipend) of $50.00 to be paid by the second pay in August 2019.
