Section 1.3. District will provide the Association with job descriptions and such amendments, changes, and 3 additions to job descriptions within the bargaining unit as they may from time to time occur. Creation 4 of new positions, subject to Section 1.4., shall require reopening of this Agreement pursuant to Article 5 XVII, Section 17.3., for salaries only.
