Common use of Section 1.3 Clause in Contracts

Section 1.3. 2 The bargaining unit to which this Agreement is applicable shall consist of all classified employees in the 3 following general job classifications: Secretarial/Clerical, Custodial/Maintenance, Food Service, Para- 4 educators, Transportation, Librarian, Home Visitor, Technology Assistant; and Nurse (LPN). The 5 following positions shall be excluded from the bargaining unit: Secretaries to the 6 Superintendent/Business Manager; Supervisor for Transportation; and Supervisor for Food Service.

The 5 following positions shall be excluded from the bargaining unit: Secretaries Secretary to the 6 School Board and Superintendent/Business Manager; Supervisor for Transportation; and Supervisor for Food Service.

Section 1.3. 2 The bargaining unit to which this Agreement is applicable shall consist of all classified employees 32 in the 3 following general job classifications: Secretarial/Clerical, Paraeducators, Nurse, Food Service, 33 Mechanic/Grounds/Custodial/Maintenance, Food Service, Para- 4 educators, Transportation, Librarian, Home Visitor, Technology Assistant; and Nurse (LPN)Head Mechanic/Maintenance Technician. 34 35 The 5 following classified positions shall be excluded are EXCLUDED from the above described bargaining unit: Secretaries to Bus Drivers, the 6 36 Superintendent/'s Secretary (1), Business Manager; Manager (1), Maintenance Supervisor for Transportation; (1), and Supervisor for Food Service.Director of Operations 37 (1). 38
