Common use of Section 1.3 Clause in Contracts

Section 1.3. 28 The District agrees to provide current job descriptions for all positions covered by this Agreement to the 29 President of the local chapter, upon request. Requests for reevaluation of existing positions will be made in 30 writing to the Superintendent with a copy to the Association President. Job descriptions that are changed by 31 the District which reflect substantial changes impacting the hours, wages and working conditions of the 32 employee and new job descriptions that are created by the District covering employees under the scope of 33 this Agreement will be made available to the President of the local chapter in advance of the 34 implementation, if possible.

Requests for reevaluation of existing positions will be made in 30 writing to the Superintendent with a copy to the Association PresidentAssociation. Job descriptions that are added or changed by 31 the District which reflect substantial District, reflecting 29 changes impacting the hours, wages and working conditions of the 32 employee and new job descriptions that are created by the District covering employees under the scope of 33 this 30 Agreement will be made available to the President of the local chapter Association or designee in advance of the 34 31 implementation. If a new position is established by the District during the term of this Agreement, if possiblethe 32 Agreement shall be reopened to negotiate the wage of the new position after the job description has 33 been established and before the new position is filled.
