Section 19.3.4. Arbitration. 2 If no settlement has been reached in Step 3, the Union has the right to file a demand for arbitration 3 as outlined below: 4 A. Written notice of the request for arbitration shall be made to the Superintendent within ten 5 (10) workdays of the receipt of the disposition at Step 3. 6 B. Arbitration shall be limited to the issue(s) involving the interpretation or application of 7 specific terms of this Agreement.
