Section 198(4) indemnity. The Contractor indemnifies and shall keep the Indemnified Parties indemnified at all times against all losses sustained by the Indemnified Parties in consequence of any claim or action whatsoever in terms of section 198(4) of the Labour Relations Act, instituted against an Indemnified Party by a contractor of the Contractor. In the event that the Contractor or any of its contractors rendering the Services to the User Entities, become involved in arbitration or other proceedings falling under a collective agreement under a bargaining council, then the Contractor shall immediately inform the Contract Owner thereof and on request supply the Contract Owner with a copy of any award made pursuant to such proceedings or agreement and any documentation that the Contract Owner may request in respect thereof;
