Buyer acknowledges and agrees that the sole inquiry and investigation Seller conducted in connection with the environmental condition of the Property is to obtain the environmental report(s) which are part of the Due Diligence Items and that, for purposes of California Health and Safety Code Section 25359.7, Seller has acted reasonably in relying upon said inquiry and investigation, and the delivery of this Agreement constitutes written notice to Buyer under such code section.
