Section 303. The Primary Servicer may not waive late payment charges or Default Interest that the Master Servicer is permitted to waive under Section 3.03 of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement without the consent of the Master Servicer. The Primary Servicer shall forward to the Master Servicer a copy of all operating statements, income statements, budgets and rent rolls collected by the Primary Servicer within the timeframe set forth in Section 3.01(c)(27)
Section 303. Promptly after the execution and delivery of this Instrument, the Successor Trustee shall cause a notice, substantially in the form of Exhibit B annexed hereto, to be sent to each holder of the Notes in accordance with the Indenture.
Section 303. The Successor Trustee hereby accepts its appointment as Registrar, Paying Agent and Agent under the Indenture.

26 A. A seller registering under the Agreement is registered in each of the member states.
27 B. The member states agree not to require the payment of any registration fees or other 28 charges for a seller to register in a state in which the seller has no legal requirement to 29 register.
30 C. A written signature from the seller is not required.
1 D. An agent may register a seller under uniform procedures adopted by the member states.
2 E. A seller may cancel its registration under the system at any time under uniform 3 procedures adopted by the governing board. Cancellation does not relieve the seller of its 4 liability for remitting to the proper states any taxes collected.

The Primary Servicer shall promptly notify the Master Servicer of any defaults under any Mortgage Loan, collection issues or customer issues; provided that the Primary Servicer shall not take any action with respect to enforcing any Mortgage Loan without the prior written approval of the Master Servicer.

The Primary Servicer may not waive any Penalty Charges that the Master Servicer is permitted to waive under Section 3.03 of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement without the consent of the Master Servicer. The Primary Servicer shall forward to the Master Servicer a copy of all income statements, rent rolls and other reporting information collected by the Primary Servicer within the timeframe set forth in Section 3.01(c)(35) of this Agreement. The Primary Servicer shall promptly notify the Master Servicer of any defaults under the Serviced Loan Combination, collection issues or customer issues; provided that the Primary Servicer shall not take any action with respect to enforcing the Serviced Loan Combination without the prior written approval of the Master Servicer.
