Common use of Section 3.2(a) Clause in Contracts

Section 3.2(a). Section 3.2(a) of the Warrant Agreement shall be amended by deleting the term “Original Issue Date” in the first sentence thereof and replacing it with the phrase “expiration of the Restriction Period”.
