Common use of Section 4.2.2 Clause in Contracts

Section 4.2.2. 29 The District will grant release time without a deduction in pay, for up to a maximum of ten (10) 30 work shifts per school year to classified employees elected as delegates of the local PSE/PSEA 31 Chapter to allow them to attend their annual state Association Leadership/Convention. The ten 32 (10) shifts are the total number of shifts available that must be split among any delegates

The ten 32 33 (10) shifts are the total number of shifts available that must be split among any delegatesdelegates 34 wishing to attend the Convention. A work shift equals the normal working shift of the 35 individual delegate taking the release time. The Association will provide the District with a list 36 of delegates at least two (2) weeks in advance of the release date. 37
