Section 5, Union Activities. The Union agrees that its members will not carry on any Union activities in the plant or on the premises of the Company during working hours, except as definitely provided for in this agreement, or as may be mutually agreed upon. Those who are not working shall abide by this rule, as do those who are working. Lunch hours and before and after regular work shall not be considered working hours.
