, Section 5. Union Representation. The Employer shall not meet with an Employee for the purpose of questioning the Employee during an investigation that may lead to discipline of that Employee without first offering the Employee an opportunity for a Union xxxxxxx to be present at the investigative interview. The Employer may hold such interviews without delay provided a Union xxxxxxx is available and the Employer is not required to postpone such interviews because a particular Union xxxxxxx is not available. When an investigation meeting is held, the Employee shall be advised of the nature of the investigation prior to questioning.
