The CONTRACTOR shall comply with all the requirements imposed by Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (P.L. 93.112, 29 U.S.C. 794 et seq.); the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (P.L. 101-336, 42 U.S.C. 12101 – 12213), the Regulations of the United States Department of Transportation issued thereunder (49 CFR, Part 27), the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA) (49 CFR, Parts 27, 37 and 38) and the Assurance by the CONTRACTOR pursuant thereto including any amendments.
