SECTION 6 - LITIGATION LIABILITY. At General Motors’ discretion, the Daily Rental Company may be named in any litigation brought against General Motors as a result of the rental company’s failure to disclose damages or use of non-GM OEM parts. If a Daily Rental Company attempts to return vehicles with non-disclosed damage or purposely conceals prior repairs, it will result in loss of turn-back privileges.
