Section 6 Not To Prevent Events of Default Or Limit Right To Accelerate. The failure to make a payment in respect of the Obligations by reason of any provision in this Section 6 shall not be construed as preventing the occurrence of a Default or Event of Default under any of the Credit Agreements. Nothing in this Section 6 shall have any effect on the right of the Shared Collateral Secured Parties or any Administrative Agent to accelerate the maturity of the Obligations.
