Section 6, Overtime Notification. In an effort to better communicate overtime, the Company will post overtime notices for daily overtime within the department by 11:00 a.m. the prior day. Overtime notice for Saturday will be posted by 11:00 a.m. on Thursday. It the Company neglects to provide overtime notice and the employee missed an overtime opportunity because of the lack of notice, the Company will pay for all overtime wages lost. If an employee is absent when the overtime notice is provided by supervision it shall be his/her obligation to call to determine whether or not overtime is being offered.
