Common use of Section 7 Clause in Contracts

Section 7. 02 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (i) deleting the text “and” at the end of clause (w) of said section, (ii) deleting the period (“.”) at the end of clause (x) of said section and inserting the text “; and” in lieu thereof and (iii) inserting the following as clause (y) immediately following clause (x) of said section:

Section 7. 02 14(a) of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (i) deleting replacing the text “and” at the end of immediately before clause (w) of said section, (ii) deleting thereof with a comma, and adding the period (“.”) at the end of following new clause (x) of said section and inserting the text “; and” in lieu thereof and (iii) inserting the following as immediately after clause (y) immediately following clause (x) of said section:ii):

Section 7. 02 01(a) of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (i) deleting the text word “and” at the end of after clause (wiv) of said section, thereof and (ii) deleting the period (“.”) at the end of clause (x) of said section and inserting the text “; and” in lieu thereof and (iii) inserting adding the following as a new clause (y) immediately following clause (x) of said section:v):

Section 7. 02 03 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by to (i) deleting delete the text “and” located at the end of clause (wi) of said sectionthereof, (ii) deleting delete the period (“.”) ” located at the end of clause (xj) of said section thereof and inserting the text insert “; and” in lieu thereof therefor and (iii) inserting add the following as clause (y) immediately following clause (xk) of said sectionthereof:

Section 7. 02 03 of the Existing Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (ia) deleting the text “and” at the end of clause (wg) of said sectionthereof, (iib) deleting the period (“.”) ” and inserting “and” at the end of clause (xh) of said section and inserting the text “; and” in lieu thereof and (iiic) inserting the following as a new clause (yi) immediately following clause as follows: “(xi) the Global Letters of said section:Guarantee.”

Section 7. 02 1.1 of the Existing Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (iI) deleting the text “word "and” " at the end of clause (w) of said sectionj), (ii) deleting the period (“.”) at the end of changing clause (xk) of said section and inserting the text “; and” in lieu thereof to become clause (m) and (iii) inserting the following adding new clauses (k) and (l), to read as clause (y) immediately following clause (x) of said sectionfollows:

Section 7. 02 2.1(c) of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by renumbering clause (iiii) deleting thereof as clause (iv), inserting a comma (",") immediately before the text “word "and” " at the end of clause (w) of said section, (ii) deleting the period (“.”) at the end of clause (x) of said section and inserting the text “; and” in lieu thereof and (iii) inserting the following as a new clause (y) immediately following clause (x) of said section:iii):
