Common use of Section 7 Clause in Contracts

Section 7. 01(a) of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (i) deleting the word “and” after clause (iv) thereof and (ii) adding the following as a new clause (v):

Section 7. 01(a14(a) of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (i) deleting replacing the word “and” immediately before clause (ii) thereof with a comma, and adding the following new clause (iii) immediately after clause (iv) thereof and (ii) adding the following as a new clause (v):

Section 7. 01(a) 02 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (i) deleting the word text “and” after at the end of clause (ivw) of said section, (ii) deleting the period (“.”) at the end of clause (x) of said section and inserting the text “; and” in lieu thereof and (iiiii) adding inserting the following as a new clause (v):y) immediately following clause (x) of said section:

Section 7. 01(a) 02 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (i) deleting the word “and” after appearing at the end of clause (ivc) thereof, (ii) replacing the period appearing at the end of clause (d) thereof and substituting therefor “; and” and (iiiii) adding the following as a new clause (v):e) thereto which reads as follows:

Section 7. 01(a) 03 of the Existing Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (ia) deleting the word “and” after at the end of clause (ivg) thereof, (b) deleting the “.” and inserting “and” at the end of clause (h) thereof and (iic) adding the following as inserting a new clause (v):i) as follows: “(i) the Global Letters of Guarantee.”

Section 7. 01(a) 03 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (i) deleting the word “and” after appearing at the end of clause (ivh) thereof, (ii) replacing the period appearing at the end of clause (i) thereof and substituting therefor “; and” and (iiiii) adding the following as a new clause (v):j) thereto which reads as follows:

Section 7. 01(a) 04. Section 7.04 of the Existing Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (ia) deleting the word “and” after at the end of clause (ivb) thereof thereof, (b) restyling clause (c) as clause (d) and (iic) adding the following as inserting a new clause (v):c) as follows:

Section 7. 01(a) 05 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (i) deleting the word “and” after appearing at the end of clause (ivc) thereof and thereof, (ii) adding the following as a new amending and restating clause (v):d) thereof to read as follows and (iii) adding new clauses (e) and (f) thereto which reads as follows:

Section 7. 01(a) 02 of the Existing Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (ia) deleting the word “and” after at the end of clause (ivf) thereof, (b) deleting the “.” and inserting “and” at the end of clause (g) thereof and (iic) adding the following as inserting a new clause (v):h) as follows:

Section 7. 01(a) 5 of the Existing Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (i) deleting the word “and” after following the semicolon in clause (ivf) thereof and thereof, (ii) adding replacing the period at the end of clause (g) thereof with “;” and (iii) inserting the following as a new clauses (h) and (i) immediately following clause (v):g) thereof:

Section 7. 01(a) 06 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (i) deleting the word “and” after appearing at the end of clause (ivd) thereof and thereof, (ii) adding replacing the following as a new period appearing at the end of clause (v):e) thereof with a semi-colon and (iii) adding new clauses (g) through (k) thereto which read as follows:

Section 7. 01(a) 02 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (i) deleting the word “and” after clause (ivq) thereof, relabeling clause (r) thereof as clause (s), and (ii) adding inserting the following as a new clause (v):r) in lieu thereof:
