Section 8. Veterans’ Preference. If an employee teacher/former employee teacher pursues an 10 appeal procedure under Minn. Stat. 197.46 (or other applicable Veterans’ Preference law), the 11 employee teacher/former employee teacher shall be precluded from making an appeal under the 12 grievance procedure.
