Common use of Section 9 Clause in Contracts

Section 9. 6.1. 13 Upon recommendation of the immediate supervisor through administrative channels to the 14 Superintendent, and upon approval of the Board of Directors, an employee may be granted a leave 15 of absence for a period not to exceed one (1) year; provided, however, if such leave is granted due 16 to extended illness, one (1) additional year may be granted.

Section 9. 6.19.1. 13 20 Upon recommendation of the immediate supervisor through administrative channels to the 14 21 Superintendent, and upon approval of the Board of Directors, an employee may be granted a 22 leave 15 of absence for a period not to exceed one (1) year; provided, however, if such leave is 23 granted due 16 to extended illness, one (1) additional year may be granted.

Section 9. 6.17.1. 13 21 Upon recommendation of the immediate supervisor through administrative channels to the 14 Superintendent, and upon approval of written notification 22 to the Board of Directorsemployee from the personnel office, an employee may be granted a leave 15 of absence for a 23 period not to exceed one (1) year; provided, however, if such leave is granted due 16 to extended 24 illness, one (1) additional year may be granted. Applicant cannot be gainfully employed on 25 another job unless mutually agreed by the District and the employee.

Section 9. 6.15.1. 13 26 Upon recommendation of the immediate supervisor through administrative channels to the 14 27 Superintendent, and upon approval of the Board of Directors, an employee may be granted a 28 leave 15 of absence for a period not to exceed one (1) year; provided, however, if such leave is 29 granted due 16 to extended illness, or for educational purposes, one (1) additional year may be 30 granted.

Applicant cannot be gainfully 33 employed on another job unless mutually agreed by the District and the employee.
